"PowerNap" feature seen in Mountain Lion

Sorry for not pushing out more content, the UK timing sucks and my netbook has been crashing all through the keynote so i would say to head over to either 9to5Mac or The Verge.

(As seen at WWDC Keynote)

The "PowerNap" feature in Mountain Lion means that you can update apps, software, and large backups all when your Mac is asleep.

This really doesn't sound like much, bit it's great if you're doing anything that takes up a lot of time that you don't have to spare, just to watch your mac update or backup.
