PodProps Review

About 2 weeks ago I received this product in the mail.

PodProps is basically a prototype phone stand made out of foam, that can be used with any smartphone, in a ton of configurations.
The foam build and special coating makes it invulnerable to every day use, as well as liquids and hammers.
There is also a groove and hole underneath to put a cable.

Please do fund as much or little as you want to PodProps, they're run by a great guy and if the kickstarter project gets fully funded then they will be shipped out by July. Custom ones available too.

Nokia Will Sell Unlocked PureView 808

So the rather big news today is that Nokia will indeed sell an unlocked version of their PureView 808 smartphone.

The phone was unveiled by Nokia back in March at Mobile World Congress 2012, it has a whopping 41 Megapixel camera, comes in white, black and red, and disappointingly runs Symbian-Belle.

That's all we know for now, we currently have no idea on pricing or a release date, so stay tuned for more updates from us.

Nokia Lumia 900 now available in UK

For those of you in the UK wanting to get a Lumia 900, it's your lucky day! You can now preorder the phone from phones4u, from £36 per month contracts available on a few carriers including O2, Orange, and Vodafone.


Preorders start today from Phones4U, and the phone will be delivered by April 27th. You'll also get a Nokia Play 360 wireless speaker with it too. 


Unfortunately it's only available in Black and White, but more colours will be available soon after release.


The only difference between the US and UK version is the fact that 4G LTE won't be in the UK Lumia 900, since it's unavailable until at least June this year.

Samsung Galaxy S3

So this post is to let you know some specs of the new Galaxy S3, and to be an accompaniment to the video, kinda like the "S Pebble".

Blackberry 10 Dev Alpha

Earlier today The Verge got hold of the new Blackberry 10 developer prototype. It is the prototype of a new Blackberry 10 smartphone, it has a full 4" touchscreen, it looks exactly like a smaller playbook, from the buttons to the logo, and of course the face that it's running an altered version of PlayBook OS 2.1, check out the pictures and the video below, and leave a comment letting us know what you think.

Galaxy S3 to launch in White and Blue?

Earlier today, GSMArena reported that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will launch in White and Blue. They managed to grab a screen shot from Carphone Warehouse’s internal inventory system, which mentions a white and blue S3. If you've seen the Press Invitation, you'll notice that the white and blue fits right in with it.
We'll just have to wait and see what's released tomorrow.
