GeekSlam is launching 2 new services

So we've just announced on our twitter that we are launching 2 new services over the month of August.
The first being Write & Publish for Geekslam and the second being GeekSlam Gaming.

Write & Publish is a great service where you'll be able to submit your own articles (and in the future, videos) and have them published onto the main blog page. We're doing this for a number of reasons, such as for people that don't know how to or don't want to set up their own blog but want to write, to have content put up more regularly and to mix it up, to give people exposure on their own YouTube channel/blog, and a big one is because we want to bring together a great tech community, which we will expand in the future.

What you need to do is send an email to geekslam@me.com and be sure to put this:
Name (either first name or full name)

Previous blogging (and/or youtube) experience as well as links to websites, articles, videos and whatever else.

Reason why you want to work on GeekSlam (optional but recommended)

Also you should include some of your useful skills such as if you are a good video editor or if you do good graphic design or are good at HTML or web design it would be really useful to know and will help to guarantee your place.

You will then get an email back from us no matter what, and we will discuss whether you can or can't publish to the site, but it's most likely that you'll be accepted.

GEEKSLAM GAMING.

This is just an idea in development as of now, but GeekSlam gaming will be a new page on the blog filled up with articles of gameplay videos, product and game reviews, some opinions, news and a lot more from the gaming world.
If you are interested in participating or have any ideas before the page goes live at the end of August please send an email to
GeekSlam@me.com

We hope you are excited for these new services, a lot of time and work will go into them so a lack of videos and articles is to be expected over this month, but afterwards business will resume as usual.
Don't forget, as always you can leave a comment or email us with your suggestions or ideas, and we'll look into it with great consideration.

Thanks for being such awesome geeks and readers :D

  2. Yeah kind of, except this is on a smaller scale and we are going to go through applications and sort out the publishing ourself.
