Canon T4i grip causes skin rash?

Following the reports of "one person" complaining about the grip on their T4i changing from black to white, as well as them suffering from skin rash, Canon is recalling over 68,200 T4i DSLR's for free grip replacement.

There is a number that anyone can call if they want their T4i Grip replaced for free:
855-902-3277

It's unlikely that only one person complained, this is too big a recall for that to be possible, and it's my guess that there are also other problems with the camera that Canon is not telling us about.

Incase you live in the UK or somewhere else and don't understand all this "T4i" business, the T4i is Canon's latest mid range DSLR from their EOS Rebel range, aka the 650d. The T4i is the fourth iteration of the EOS Rebel series of cameras.

Stay tuned for updates on this post incase any more information arises.
